Ways to use the Power Notes:
» Place one hand over your heart and the other over your belly, take a deep breath and then say the affirmation to yourself or out loud.
» Using a mirror, look yourself in the eye, and say these affirmations to yourself. Notice how comfortable or uncomfortable you feel when doing so.
» Use them as a mantra, say them to yourself as you are falling asleep, when you first wake up in the morning or as you go throughout your day.
